SPECIAL PROJECT: FELDENKRAIS and CLINICAL SOMATICS

I am very excited about this new programme in which a number of you are now engaged.

I will guide you through the Clinical Somatics Foundation course, level 1 and 2 (by Sarah Warren @ The Somatic Movement Centre). Based on the work of Thomas Hanna, Master Feldenkrais Practitioner.

As part of your program, you can choose a plan of Individual Functional Integration FI lessons or ATM classes dependent on what fits your resources. My intention is to support you, be an ally through the implementation in your embodiment and through your daily life.  
It's proving to be really effective, very low cost and efficient.

Once off, or a plan can be extraordinarily valuable to clarify your own patterns and your direction of practice to integration and actually more agency, aliveness and joy ,your learning,practice pathway .
